SPM vs Agile 2.0

SPM and Agile 2.0 are installed on the same Dev environment. I need to somehow compare both products. Ie. if not proceeding with the install of SPM, what modules/functionalities/features of SPM won't be available in Agile 2.0? Demand  module? Project module? Resource module?

Is there anything else from SPM that won't be available under Agile 2.0?

Agile Dev 2.0 is actually considered a module within SPM.  Although, we have customers who just use Agile Dev 2.0.  None of the other modules or new workspaces are in Agile Dev 2.0.  However, SPM does have the tables that are in Agile Dev 2.0 in some of the experiences (e.g. you can associate a story you create in Agile Dev 2.0 to a project in SPM).
