In an effort to provide one stop shopping for our PM's I am looking for a way to build out the Stakeholder Matrix in ServiceNow. Are most using this out of the box? Any customizations?
We currently capture Stakeholders from our Governance Councils in this area but haven't given to the PM's to build out their Stakeholder Analysis Matrix.
Appreciate any input as to how others may be using this tab in ServiceNow.
