state changes from screening to qualified state, data in value (score_value) is cleared

In demand form, when state changes from screening to qualified state, data in value (score_value) field is getting cleared in Assessment data tab.

This is not out of box behaviour, but score_value is calculated, so if the user or a Business Rule, Flow, etc are changing/clearing the Impact, Risk, Value, or Size the Score will be affected.
