State field is not changing in SPM

Hi ,

when the phase of the project is moving from G0 ->G1 Phase once it is approved the state field is not changing.

similarly for G1, G2 & G3 phases.

It was always in pending state.

could you share the configurations responsible for moving the stages? 

From the screenshot it is not clear why the state is still in Pending state.
