Hi
The Scrum/Agile department at our company is looking for a way to view story dependencies between Scrum teams that use sprints to track their work and RTS (run the shop) teams that don' track their work against Sprints and only use stories. Ideally, it would look like Program Planning board in the Agile but because the "columns" of that are based on sprints it won't work out.
Are there any out of box reports/modules that would track these kind of dependencies in a visual manner similar to the program planning board?
Thanks
Josh

Hi Josh,
Out of curiosity, have you looked at Scrum Programs? I haven't tried it in the scenario where a team doesn't use sprints, but it may be worthwhile to look into anyway, if you haven't already, because it displays story dependencies visually on the Scrum Program Board, and there may be a way to make it work in your case.
I hope this helps.

Hi David,
Yes that is something we looked at (if we are talking about the same thing), unfortunately we will have to create a sprint for the stories to show up in the timeline of view of the board.
Thanks
Josh

Yeah, that's what I found, too. If you find a solution, please post it because I would like to know if there's a better way to do it. Thanks!
