Strategic Planning Workspace portfolio plans are not updating after being created

Has anyone experienced in both the Strategic Planning Workspace and the Portfolio Planning Workspace when editing a portfolio plan and selecting the update button nothing happens?

 

The plug ins are up to date.

On clicking Update button you would navigate to thee Planning module of Portfolio plan.

When clicking the update button, it doesn't navigate me anywhere.
