Strategic Planning Workspace - Will multilevel Budget Target Allocation be enabled?

Hello,

I would like to ask SN product team, whether there is a plan to enabled in the Strategic planning workspace possibility to set budget target not only for the whole portfolio plan as is now, but also for multiple levels within one plan.
E.g. 
Portfolio Plan created for a Business Unit - > Target budget 1
within the same Portfolio plan the customer would like to set target for each region that belongs to that BU
and then allocate budget for each of the demand/project within those regions.

@Alpa82 Regarding your second use case, where % split of budget from different sources need to be tracked on the project - is it in conjunction with your first use case of being able to allocate budget from BU->Region->Project? Do you expect the % to be calculated automatically based on the amount given by different sources to a project?

Our current thought process is to have a 'source' field on the cost plans of a project, where a demand or project manager user identifies the funding sources (ex: Company A,B or Region 1 or 2). The amount from cost plans of the respective funding source will be rolled up as the planned cost against that source when viewing by projects.
