My company is in the process of implementing Strategic Planning Workspace, Goal Framework, and Scenario Planning. I found out last week that we will no longer have access to our implementation partner as of 12/31/2023 due to funding constraints in 2024. We are just a couple of weeks out from implementation and our internal team can finish the technical work to support the planned go live but it leaves us with a knowledge gap and way to get questions answered.
My leadership has asked how strategies and goals can be tied to our Demands and Projects in ServiceNow. I am not sure how to answer them, I am thinking the values will be available after we go-live with goal framework and we can update the requests to tie them to the correct strategy and goals, but I was hoping for a more definitive answer to the question. If you have any articles or posts that you can direct me to, the assistance would be appreciated.

Hi there
Assuming you are using Demands and Projects as your planning entities, have you reviewed the Product Documentation to Associate a planning item with goals.
Additionally there are some great content in Now Create, the Process Workshop slides could be helpful to coach the conversation with the leadership teams. Review from page 64 of the deck.

The platform has a few goal frameworks. I like Objective and Key Results (OKRs). In the slide deck, look at slide 66. Additionally, you need the Strategic Plan to set this up correctly. Reach out to me at etta.wilson@gnis.com or on LinkedIn and I will help you set this up. We can update the community if they want to use OKRs.
