Sub Projects - How to attach an existing project to another existing project as a sub project

I have two open projects that now one is considered a parent project and the other a sub project. How do I attach that as such?

@DMaggio  Open the Parent project and you have a Sub-Project related list which you can edit and add the child projects as sub projects.
