My company moved all their incidents and enhancements over to ServiceNow and I am a QA testing business analyst. They want me to start using ServiceNow for testing and I am following all the guidelines on how to set up a test plan, test cycle, test execution suite, test sets, and tests. However when I run the tests inside the test execution suite the results column is not populating even tho i ran the test in the suite and it passed. Not sure if I am doing something incorrectly or there is an issue for how this is set up. Has this ever happened to someone and could you please help me fix this so I can start using this for my everyday. I attached screenshots of what I mean is happening. Thanks in advance.

Hi, My understanding with this is you cannot run the test within the suite. Once the tests are assigned to the tester, they have to click on test assigned to me and check the box to run the selected test.
When you do this from the suite itself, you have to go to test version and hit run which only adds the result for the test version and not to the execution plan you have.
Try what i have advised and you should see the results.
Please mark the answer correct if it works.
