The list numbers don't work as a link to record

Hello,

we encountered a strange bug. For users with role sn_ppm_read, enabling them read role for demand, and opening them, for some reason the Demand list is displayed to them without option to use Demand Numbers as a link.
To other users, managers and admins, this works as expected.

Can anyone suggest what could be causing this, as its inconsistent and confusing the users.

Hi @PavelP ,

 

Go to  Navigator -> type sys_ui_list_control.list

filter as

Table  demand

Omit Links True

Omit link conditions  is not empty

Run it

Now if it returns any result , check under field Omit link conditions  -> if it contains any role restriction.

 

Next you know what you need to do.

 

If no result return, Confirm here

thanks for suggestion.

There were no results. As mentioned, this happens only to the one group of users with mentioned role.

Please let me know if theres something else I can check.
