Hi @Namita Mishra

Requirement:

Timecards should only be submitted and approved only when both conditions are met:

 1. Project State Validation
The project associated with the timecard must be in Work in Progress (WIP) state.

If the project is in any other state (Planning, Proposed, On Hold, Closed, etc.), the system should:
Block submission
Block approval
Display an error message to the user

 2. Resource Assignment Validation

The user submitting the timecard must have an Approved Resource Assignment for the project.

If no approved resource assignment exists for the user and project, the system should:
Block submission
Block approval
Display an error message
