We want to integrate ServiceNow with SAP Solution Mananger ChaRM for technical change management.
ServieNow project tasks should initiate a SAP change in Solution Manager and to retrieve the status back into ServiceNow when there is an change in the status in Solution Manager.
Has anyone done this kind of integration?
we are planning to use Solution Mananger 7.2, ServiceNow Madrid version, and middle-ware Mulesoft.
Any leads would be of great help.
Regards,
Jahangeer
