on resource plan if the bill rate :200 and the planned hours are 85 then it is showing planned billed amount as 17000(85*200). but on the related list cost_plan associated to this resource_plan, the total planned cost is 4250(allocated hours 85 * default system rate 50). but because they is already a bill rate being captured on resource_plan table i want the same to reflect on cost_plan table too. can someone pls guide me with this configuration.

Hi,
If you have used "rate override" and "resource rate" in resource plan, it should override the system default of 50$. If it is not, please raise a case with us and we will look into it.

Hi Arnab,
So when i have a rate override chacked and bill rate is mentioned, the resource plan -total planned cost is 0 as well as the cost plan-total planned cost is 0 even though the resource rate is mentioned
Do we have to raise a case for this as this is unexpected behaviour
