Unable to access to Agile Board

Hi,

 

I have activated Agile 2.0 Plugin and when i navigate to Agile Board unable to access Sprint Planning & Tracking. I am trying in my personal Instance and i am an admin.

Hi Shaik,

Owner of the board should provide you access in order to view it. Can you access the vtb_board table and check the Owner attribute in the "Sprint Board" record. If your name is found missing, try adding your name to the VTB and access the board.

To access the sprint planning tab, you should belong to an Agile group. Since you are an admin on your personal instance, you could create a group by navigating to Agile -> Groups and Create a new group, add yourself to the group and then open the Agile board. The tracking tab will show up a Visual Task Board once you have a sprint for your team that is in progress.
