Unable to indent tasks in Project Workspace Planning console

Prior to the latest update we were able to choose the Indent option in the task menu and indent tasks.  Indent is no longer listed as an option.

I too am having this issue with our new upgrade. Seems that only PPS Admin has the Indent option, anyone with project_manager role only has ability to unindent.

Did you work out why the indent and unindent functionality disappeared as we have the same issue and it really impact the PMs ability to plan efficiently?

I have created a recording for two versions - Current GA version i.e. WashingtonDC and the upcoming EA version i.e. Xanadu.

In both the versions, the indent and unindent functionality is working for project manager persona.

Hope this gives a confidence that OOTB, indent and unindent options are working for project manager. If it does, please mark the response as helpful.

If you are seeing a different behaviour, please raise a support ticket.

@PennyDMc , It is not clear which version you meant in your post - "I too am having this issue with our new upgrade." - However, it is working for pre-Washington DC as well.

We are on the latest version, Washington.  Indenting in the Planning Workspace is still not available.

We too are on Washington, I believe Patch 4. We are in the process of upgrading, currently our lower environments and performing functional testing at have confirmed/verified that this function is still working prior to upgrade to Washington.
