Unable to indent tasks in Project Workspace Planning console

Prior to the latest update we were able to choose the Indent option in the task menu and indent tasks.  Indent is no longer listed as an option.

I would suggest to you as well to please open the support case.

I haven't experienced this issue in OOTB system & I have also checked if there is a known issue but couldn't find.

No.  We haven't found a solution.  There is a workaround to use the legacy project planning console which has the indent feature that works.

Hi Stephen, 

My Unindent function is back today (not sure where it went). One thing we were told to try 'clearing cache from active browser'

Again I have been advised that the Indent functionality disappearing was something to do with when the July Patch was implemented? It comes back with the updated workspace which we have in our test system. Its the one with Details, analytics and docs in the New Workspace.

I have also suggested (in first response) to clear the cache but it did not work for @StephenPMO .

Can you please confirm the version, it might help other folks who are facing this issue.

Hi @StephenPMO ,

I would recommend you to please contact support rather than start using the legacy project workspace.

FYI - Starting Xanadu release (GA planned for next month),

1) Legacy project workspace is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer available for installation but will continue to be supported.

2) For new installations - (New) Project workspace will automatically be installed with 'PPM Standard' plugin installation.
