Unable to setup Enterprise Agile Planning

I am testing out Enterprise Agile Planning in my PDI, but when I access Strategic Planning Workspace I only see "Select a menu item to start".

I have confirmed that the Enterprise Agile Configurations are Active screenshot below.

I have also confirmed that the admin user and another user have the sn_apw_advanced.eap_admin role.

My understanding is that this should be all I need to setup EAP, but no matter what I do it's not working.

Any thoughts on why I would not be able to setup EAP?

@Adam Johnson2  several releases ago we had an issue where the L2 menu didn't always appear.  Have you checked to ensure you're on the latest version?  EAP is a part of the Strategic Planning plugin.

Scott, thank you for following up. I can confirm that Strategic Planning is on the most up to date version.
Installed Version = 4.8.1.

Let me know if you have any other thoughts as I basically cannot do anything with EAP right now.
I appreciate you insight.
