@v_alphaguru Please change the view to Resource Manager in the classic list view and then try again. The field should appear in the Workspace Column Configuration after that.

Hello @v_alphaguru,
To include custom fields on the Resource Management Workspace, follow these steps:
1. Create your custom field in the Resource Assignments [sn_plng_att_core_resource_assignment] table.
2. In the default view, personalize the list columns and add your custom field to the selected columns.
3.Open the Resource Management Workspace and verify that your new field now appears as expected.

Hi @v_alphaguru ,
Follow the steps mentioned by @M Iftikhar , change the view to "Resource Manager".
If you want to show fields for only yourself then use the gear icon/personalization and if you want to change view for all the users than configure -> list layout.
Thanks
Anand
