User Cannot View Agile Board

Selected users cannot see the Agile Board. The users share similar roles and group membership as other users that can see.

Users that cannot see the Agile Board get a URL similar to:
.../nav_to.do?uri=%2F$agile_board.do%23%2Fbacklog%2F:id

Users that can see the Agile Board get a URL with a board\backlog ID

Actually, MGannon . . . you need to either "Share" access to your "Agile Board" to see it, or add them to your team/group that has access to the Agile Board . . . if they are going to be assigned work . . . from the dashboard.

That is correct; that doesn't work. They Agile Board has to be "shared" with them . . . as I noted above.

I am on the "Visible to" list for all backlogs. I created a new backlog. I am the owner. I still cannot see an Agile Board.

Hello MGanon,

What roles do you have for agile? Have you tried giving yourself agile admin to see if you can see the boards?

If you can see the boards after setting agile admin then there is a permissions error. Also how are you the users getting to the agile board? Has the link they are clicking on been modified from OOTB?

Are the users admins or just normal itil users?

The users have agile admin and scrum_admin among many other roles

I impersonated a user that can see it. I was able to view the board. I ended the impersonation, I could then see the board.
