So this is a bit off-the-wall, but I am thinking that the Playbook Questionnaire, when embedded in the ESC, provides a paginated and interactive experience for capturing details of a demand, and then triggers an aligned process flow for the new record.
Firstly, is this something in SN's roadmap for Demand management? I've heard rumours about Playbooks for Project in the future - I'm wondering if this is also on plan? I think it would actually make more sense than the Project process, since the process I'm asked to "configure" (meaning customise) most frequently is the demand lifecycle, and in a world without TeamSpaces, having the Demand Lifecycle easily configurable from a playbook would be a phenomenal benefit.
Secondly, can this work with the licensing constraints required to ensure all users can submit a demand, just as they can with the OOB Record Producer? My understanding is playbooks typically used licensed roles, but now we can include them in the ESC, I'm thinking that may have changed.
