Using the Built-In "Copy Story" Option for Yokohama release OOB. It says to do the following:
- Open the Story record you want to copy.
- Look for the "Copy Story" related link on the form. This is typically found in the Related Links section.
- Click "Copy Story".
- A new story will be created with the same values as the original. You can then modify it as needed and associate it with the desired child Epic.
However, I see NO "Copy Story" in "Related Links" or any other area on Template.
Can anyone comment how to help?

Hello @Juli Duke ,
Thank you for connecting with the community.
You have not mentioned which module you are using to manage the stories - Agile Development 2.0 or Enterprise Agile Planning hence I would provide you the answer for both.
If you're using Stories via Agile Development 2.0, you're correct that the "Copy Story" related link don't appear — and this typically happens only under specific conditions:
- The story is in a Cancelled or Completed state.
- The story was automatically created as a result of adding a task from the Triage Board — meaning its original task type was something like a Defect, Problem, etc.
I'd recommend checking whether the story in question falls into either of these categories. If it does, that would explain why the "Copy Story" option isn't available.
If you're using Stories via Enterprise Agile Planning, then on clicking the more() icon on the story you should get the "Create copy" option irrespective of the state of the story.
Hope this answers the query and if it does, please mark the response solved to help me and the community.
Happy SPM Learning !!
Thank You!
