Visual Task Board Card Configuration

Is there any way On Visual Task Board  i could replace the 'Assign To' field with 'Demand Manager' .

The question here is more about whether it’s appropriate to make this change, rather than just whether it can be done.

The Visual Task Board is designed to give teams clear visibility of their work at a glance, helping them quickly identify and resolve bottlenecks.

If this is changed to Demand Manager, it would fall outside their intended responsibilities and could disrupt the core functionality of the VTB.
