Hi, I am looking forward to use the Visual Task Board - Data Driven one, but in my instance the administrators says that it will only work if they assign Admin grants to me, otherwise I will not be able to use the Visual Task Boards.
Is this that way? or there is some other setting to be done to my user profile? I am able to see sc_tasks, sc_items, and I want to use visual task boards with sc_tasks requests.
Thanks.

Hi @robertdm ,
That does not sound right. Out of the box, Visual Task Boards are available under Self-Service.
There may be some other reason why they don't allow VTB to be used and therefor only assign it to admins.
Regards,
Niklas

Agree, you absolutely should be able to create a VTB OOTB for cat tasks. It sounds like your organisation has implemented its own permissions for some reason, so they must not want people to be able to do that.
