We’d Love Your Feedback on Project Status Reports in the Next Experience

Hello everyone! 
I’m Hayley Alexander, Inbound Product Manager for Project Workspace here at ServiceNow.

We’re continuing to evolve the Next Experience for Project Status Reports, and I’d love to hear directly from you about how you’re currently using them.

Specifically, I’m looking to understand:

• How your teams are creating, managing, and delivering project status reports today

• What’s working well in the current experience

• Current pain-points you're experiencing

Your feedback will help us shape upcoming improvements and ensure the experience fits seamlessly into how your teams work.

Improvements around report sharing would be great:

1. An easily shareable red/yellow/green report on one or more projects at a time
2. A more fully-featured out-of-the-box PowerPoint export.  I know we can configure the templates but it would be nice to have a PowerPoint with a lot of content and we could just remove what we don't need.
3. Similarly, a major update to the Analytics tab in the project workspace - half of what's on there isn't useful or even compatible with the new resourcing system.  Clients would like important KPIs on there to begin with.

Hi @Louis - Appreciate the feedback! 

1. We'll be releasing AI capabilities in Status Reports that are automated across projects and creates a report with automated RAG status. You'll also get true insights into the actual project vs. just hard data. 
2. That's definitely something on our roadmap!

Yes, I'm familiar with this and have configured templates for it.

We spend a significant amount of time creating portfolio and program level updates for executive leaders and board reporting.  These include summary metrics and status updates on red/yellow projects as well as showing overall health of the portfolio.  Our leaders and board will not use SPM, it all needs to be presented in PPT.  Though exports can be built, having executive level templates to edit would be better.
