Hello everyone! 
I’m Hayley Alexander, Inbound Product Manager for Project Workspace here at ServiceNow.

We’re continuing to evolve the Next Experience for Project Status Reports, and I’d love to hear directly from you about how you’re currently using them.

 

Specifically, I’m looking to understand:

  • How your teams are creating, managing, and delivering project status reports today

  • What’s working well in the current experience

  • Current pain-points you're experiencing

Your feedback will help us shape upcoming improvements and ensure the experience fits seamlessly into how your teams work.

For the case, where different Teamspaces are being use, we would like to have an option to display only the Status reports  templates that are applicable to each teamspace, currently there does not seem to be the option to select, which templates are available for each TS.

@HayleyAlexander noticed that milestones are not ordering correctly.  See sample below, where April 2 should come after April 1, however April 15 is in between. Can you confirm if this can be addressed somehow or is a known defect?  I have seen this behavior in other reports created with this tool. Thanks

Hi @dsweet - Can you submit a case task for this? I'm wondering if this is a customization error since we're not seeing this happen on my end.

Hello @HayleyAlexander  related to status report but also to the Investment portal, in case it should be directed to different audience, let me know..

What our customers want to see, is a table with projects and their corresponding latest status report details. 

The latest status report details (the colours) can be now seen in the Investment portal, however as per the below, the Investmand portal will be discontinued and the features of the IP are to be covered by the Portfolio Planning. Could you please confirm the Status reports details will be also included in the Portfolio Planning and where?

starting with Australia release, the Investment Portal is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer available for activation but will continue to be supported. For details, see the Deprecation Process [KB0867184] article in the Now Support knowledge base. Alternatively, Portfolio Planning Workspace supports Investment Portal capability.
