Hello everyone! 
I’m Hayley Alexander, Inbound Product Manager for Project Workspace here at ServiceNow.

We’re continuing to evolve the Next Experience for Project Status Reports, and I’d love to hear directly from you about how you’re currently using them.

 

Specifically, I’m looking to understand:

  • How your teams are creating, managing, and delivering project status reports today

  • What’s working well in the current experience

  • Current pain-points you're experiencing

Your feedback will help us shape upcoming improvements and ensure the experience fits seamlessly into how your teams work.

Hi @HayleyAlexander ,

One suggestion that could significantly improve the experience would be having a more user-friendly interface for creating dynamic content beyond what is currently available out of the box.

It would be very helpful if we could create reusable predefined blocks that could be shared across different templates. 

Today, configuring dynamic content can feel a bit technical and not very intuitive. 

Making this process more visual and allowing reusable content blocks would make templates much easier to maintain and would give teams more flexibility to tailor status reports to their needs.
