Can you please explain what project_funding.allocated field is used for?
Can we use it for our process flows (e.g. when Program Budget is set via "Program Budget" related link, we want to trigger an approval flow and once approved, change the status as Project_Funding.Allocated = True). This is assuming we are not using Investment Funding module.
