What can demand 'Collaborators' edit?

Hello,

Wondering what exactly a collaborator can do when they are added to a demand? ServiceNow docs say that any user can be a collaborator and can edit the demand - do they need to have the demand user role? Can they edit demands when it is past the Draft state?

Hi Claudia,

Yes OOB collaborator can edit the demand regardless of demand_user role. Here is the screenshot of ACL for confirmation. This Write ACL states that anyone added as collaborator can edit only his demand that is in draft state.
