What do I need to install to use Strategic Portfolio Management in my Vancouver PDI?

Anyone have a link to a doc?  A previous answer in this forum was not comprehensive.  I am an Admin not a Dev.

I am looking for a step-by-step itemization/checklist of what needs to be installed.

NOT really!!

If you miss something, the system will detect and show you as dependency and then will ask you to insatll them.
