Shekhar - We are looking for input for knowledge article around when to use KTLO and when to use Admin. We have some general guidance, but wanted to get more specific. Do you have any knowledge article or help docs that provides more detail of when KTLO should be used, or Admin if you use that? I realize this conversation goes way back, so you may not even see this response.
