Hello @Sandra Mack! I wrote this step-by-step guide on how to sync Jira Service Management to ServiceNow with Unito's 2-way integration. You can apply the instructions in that guide to set up a flow between Jira and SN in either direction (to send data from SN to Jira, Jira to SN, or both simultaneously).
Unito also allows you to set real-time updates automatically so that as someone in Jira makes a change, the same change will be reflected in your synced ServiceNow records.
