Who is using the Demand Requirements function? What is your use case and how does it help you in Demand or Project?

I tried using them but just ended up with "Requirement Tasks" that can't be closed! I asked ServiceNow for any documentation on the life-cycle of a Requirement and they didn't seem to have any. So I've stopped using them for now. -Jon

Hi Mematta,
The usage of Demand Requirements totally depends on how much your organization is ready to adopt the functionality.
Based on my experience, it's a great way to capture Demand requirements and track the lifecycle. This helps in giving granular level of details for a Demand Manager and also in turn is helpful for drafting the in-scope and out of scope items during SoW creation in the planning phase.
This might also be helpful to build the requirements traceability matrix (RTM)
