why Demand Manager redirect to Esc portal even if they have demand manager role

Hi All,

Actually we have send an email notification to demand manager and which is having link to demand i native ui , but if i impersonate with the demand manager it redirects to esc portal and the link also open in the form in portal view only

but it needs to be open in native ui and not only for demand manager its for portfolio manager and project manager , they are all redirect esc portal

Please help on this to resolve

so when they click on the native UI link in email are they not taken to native view for that record?

Basically yes, if i impersonate with the demand manager its redirect me to esc only, not able to go to native ui and not able to access the demand as well as demand manager

check if somebody customized the logic script "SPEntryPage"
