why Demand Manager redirect to Esc portal even if they have demand manager role

Hi All,

Actually we have send an email notification to demand manager and which is having link to demand i native ui , but if i impersonate with the demand manager it redirects to esc portal and the link also open in the form in portal view only

but it needs to be open in native ui and not only for demand manager its for portfolio manager and project manager , they are all redirect esc portal

Please help on this to resolve

there is some custom logic written or some config done because of which it's behaving in this manner.

Ok actually when i remove esc and put the home in url its redirect me to native ui , they have an access to demand , but from emails if i clcik the link then it opens the record from in esc portal not in native ui , but as a admin if i click the link redirects me to native ui only

@Deepika61, would you be able to share what the link in the notification points to removing the portion before service-now.com?
