Dear SNUG members,

 

On Thursday, we had our first dedicated workshop. The subject was ‘the use of Knowledge base KPI’. All the participants (CERN, Firmenich, Givaudan, Sulzer, Swisscom) appreciated the richness of the exchanges and open debates. We all think we should continue to hold workshops on a particular topic where a small group of participants can exchange and discuss experiences.

The workshop will complement the SNUG events in which different use cases are presented on different topics.

 

It is my sincere hope that we will continue to work together and learn from one another in these different formats. Together with Alexander from ServiceNow and with the support of my colleague, Nicole, I am willing to continue to organize them. A suggestion on a workshop topic? Volunteer to host a SNUG event?
