Dear members of the Service Now User Group in Switzerland Romande,

It is with great enthusiasm that I address you in this new year. I am sure that it will be the occasion to meet and exchange experiences among all of us.

In 2022, JTI and CERN had the opportunity to talk about our experience using ServiceNow and how it has helped us to manage our Service Desk KPIs. Based on these enriching exchanges, we propose to make it the theme of the next SNUG workshop:

1. The topic: How does ServiceNow help you build a better Service Desk?

  • Technology and automation
  • Strategies for contacting the Service Desk, different channels
  •  KPIs to measure performance and establish lines of improvement
  • ServiceNow functionalities that can help
  •  What are the current challenges you face as a service desk manager?

2. Date and time: January 31st starting at 2 pm

3.  Type of meeting: Virtual on zoom

These workshops have the format of a 'round table' where each participant presents his or her experiences and can answer questions from the others. You are welcome if you simply want to participate and listen to others. Please, let me know:

  • if you are interested in presenting  (12 minutes presentation, followed by Q&A)
  • If you would like just to attend

In addition to this event, during 2023 we would like to organize:

  • workshops on topics that are beneficial to all (virtual or physical event)
  • a physical SNUG meeting where we can all share use cases

I welcome any comments/ideas and encourage you to let us know if you would like to volunteer to organize any upcoming events.

I look forward to hearing from you, and will keep you informed of developments.
Please save the date, Virtual workshop, January 31rst, 14h00

Wish you a new year full of projects and prosperity.
