Dear all,
We are excited to announce that the Suisse Romande SNUG is organizing two virtual workshops in Q2 2023 before summer, as well as a physical SNUG meeting in Q4 2023, where we can all meet in person and "tisser des liens" again. While virtual meetings have been great, we all miss the SNUG events with talks and networking!
The first virtual workshop, titled "Incident Ticket Quality Management," will be presented by Thierry Guerineau, Workplace Global Service Desk Manager at Givaudan International, and Fredrik Holmstrom, SPM Product Manager & Release Manager. It will take place on Thursday, May 25th, at14:00 PM. The agenda includes a presentation by Givaudan followed by presentations from other participants, answer&questions. We encourage all the SNUG members to propose with their own presentations and experience on the subject, which can be shared in advance so that we can adjust the agenda accordingly.
The second virtual workshop, titled "How to Move from Homepages to Dashboards and the Future of Platform Analytics," will be presented by Marta Penzo, Senior Inbound Product Manager for PA, and Robert-Jan Barmentloo, Senior Principal Product Manager (back-up). It will take place on Thursday, June 15th, at 14:00 PM. The agenda includes an overview of ServiceNow’s strategy and roadmap for Platform Analytics, plans to move from Homepages to Dashboard & to the new Next Experience capabilities, and a Q&A session.
Lastly, we are pleased to announce that the SNUG meeting at CERN will take place on Thursday, October 26th, from 9:00 AM to 16:30 PM. We look forward to seeing you all there, and we encourage participants to let us know in advance if they have user cases they would like to present.
Please stay tuned for more details regarding the registration process for these events, which will be communicated to you soon.
