Happy to announce the 2nd Virtual SNUG Alps meeting for Autumn 2021

Dear SNUG member,

The SNUG Alps’ presentations are posted on this Service Now community forum:

The event survey shows that 62% of the participants would like to meet in a large international setting, assuming it will be virtual again (160 participants in the first one!).

Encouraged by this positive feedback and your kind messages, we are very happy to announce the  2^nd Virtual SNUG Alps meeting for Autumn 2021 (end of September, beginning of October).

Together with Roland Rebman and Fabrice Ritter, from the german speaking part of Switzerland, Andrea Obreja , from Austria, and the with Alexandra Stiegler’s support, we will work on the organization the event.

Following the survey, I share with you some topics that participants would like to see covered at the next SNUG meeting:

• Machine learning (ML), Intelligent Automation Engine
• The Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Performance, how to handle huge tables
• Experience using Instance Data Replication
• ITOM - Discovery, Service Mapping
• Experience with Now Mobile UI Builder
• Use-cases of a No-code workflow, using the new AppEngine
• Implementation experience of the Incident process and Knowledge management
• Use of ServiceNow in the eGovernment area
• Platform automation and reporting

Some of you have already proposed to present at the next event.
