Dear SNUG Romandie Community
What an amazing SNUG experience yesterday at the 16th edition of SNUG Romandie, hosted by DXC at the Octagon in Geneva. You made it delightful, inspiring and a huge success again! A BIG THANK YOU to everybody! Together with Thomas Spillard and Alexandra Stiegler, I was thrilled to welcome around 80 participants from 43 organisations.
This 16th SNUG edition was all about continuous improvement — how to leverage ServiceNow and AI to simplify, connect, and empower across IT, HR, field ops, and more.
The inspiring agenda was rich and diverse — from transformation journeys to AI in action with enthusiastic top presenters out of different branches:

The SNUG summer party with great vibes, cool DJ and fine food and drinks was another community highlight to celebrate ongoing SNUG know-how exchange and networking at its best! Thanks again also to DXC to kindly offer this!
