SNUG virtual meeting, Switzerland and Austria (Alps), Nov 10, 2021 - Call for presentations

Dear SNUG community,

Encouraged by our first virtual SNUG Alps meeting which gathered 160 participants, your positive feedback and your kind messages, we are very happy to announce:

the 2nd virtual SNUG Alps meeting 

on November 10, 2021

from 9.00 -11.30 am.

Together with our SNUG Leaders Andrea Obreja from Austria, Roland Rebman and Fabrice Ritter from the German speaking part of Switzerland and myself, Isabel Fernandez, from SNUG Suisse Romandeas well as with Alexandra Stiegler’s facilitation, we are working on the organization of the 2nd virtual SNUG Alps event.

Following the survey, I would like to share with you some topics that participants would like to see covered at future SNUG meetings:

  • Machine learning (ML), Intelligent Automation Engine
  • The Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
  • Performance, how to handle huge tables
  • Experience using Instance Data Replication
  • ITOM - Discovery, Service Mapping
  • Experience with Now Mobile UI Builder
  • Use-cases of a No-code workflow, using the new AppEngine
  • Implementation experience of the Incident process and Knowledge management
  • Use of ServiceNow in the eGovernment area
  •  Platform automation and reporting

 If you have a case that allows us to discuss any of the above topics, or another case that you find interesting for the community, please send us your proposal. We are looking for:
