Dear Members of the ServiceNow User Group in Suisse Romande,
First of all, I want to thank all of you who participated in our recent virtual workshop, "How ServiceNow helps you to build a better Service Desk." It was a great success, with a turnout of over 20 participants and an intense three-hour session full of presentations, knowledge-sharing, and discussions. Emilie Kirschner, CERN Service Manager and myself, we were impressed by the participation and interest shown by everyone who attended. I am proud to be part of such a enthusiastic community.
As a follow-up to this success, I am ready to organize another workshop in April this year, if you have any suggestions or topics you'd like to see covered.
And now for the big news! Together with my colleagues of the Service Management team at CERN, I am thrilled to announce that we are happy to host a full-day ServiceNow User Group (SNUG) event, at CERN (Geneva) , in September 2023 (date will come).
There is no a predefined subject for the SNUG meeting, welcome any use case you'd like to present. Additionally, if there are any particular hands-on sessions you'd like to see led by ServiceNow experts, please let me know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
