Access to Dashboard

Security by design dashboard data is not visible after the UX component update on production.I have checked on ACL.They do have access to the Tables and data.What will be the root cause?Can anyone help me to resolve this issue.Thanks.

They do have all roles to access the report.I dont know which is restricting the user to view the dashboard data.

Then log a now support case, last did you try to repair the plugin?

Not repaired any plug-in.Do I need to create case ticket to servicenow.
