Hello,

I am not sure where to post my issue, so I apologise in advance if I'm in the wrong section.

Here is my issue:

Last year I was doing a course on Coursera about the fundamentals and at some point I was directed to create an account on the Service Now platform. I was using only the University section of  the platform and it was working fine. Fast forward to today, I have been trying to login to the University page but all it does is refresh indefinitely and I do not wish to continue using the Service now platform at all. Is there any way I can contact someone to help me to completely delete this account? Any help would be very appreciated, thanks.

how does it relate to Coursera? For Coursera you need to contact some other site, but for ServiceNow University, go to the Help Centre (top of the page) and create a case on the right side:

If somebody can help you, it will be them :))

It seems your problem is with Coursera, start at https://www.coursera.org/  for your account problems there.
