Hi @ramesh_r ,

  • Navigate to your Service Operations Workspace dashboard
  • at the top right of the dashboard and click it to open the configuration panel (settings/configuration icon)
  • In the configuration panel, you'll see an option that says, "Create Tab" or "Add Tab" (A new tab will appear at the top of your dashboard)
  • You can add multiple tabs following the same process

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Best regards,
Madhan.

Hi @ramesh_r ,

Please find below steps to add a New Section in SOW View:

  1. Navigate to Form Sections (sys_ui_form_section.LlST) and click on New
  2. Under Sys UI Form, select the appropriate table (e.g., incident)
  3. Choose the correct view: Service Operations Workspace
  4. Link the newly created tab (section) under Sys UI Action and click Save
  5. Your new section will now be visible in the SOW view — but only for existing incidents.

Want this tab visible on NEW incidents as well?

Here's the trick:

  • Change the view from Service Operations Workspace to Service Operations Workspace - New Record and hit Save.

Now, your new section will appear for both existing and new incident records!

Always double-check your views when customizing forms in ServiceNow!

If you found my response helpful, could you please mark it as ‘Accept as Solution’ and ‘Helpful’? This small action goes a long way in helping other community members find the right answers more easily and supports the community.

Hi @ramesh_r ,

1.Navigate to platform analytics>library>dashboards
2.search for a dashboard named overview
3.Add a new tab and the required Data visualizations to that tab and save.
