Activity Log Toggle Buttons

We have recently upgraded to ServiceNow Utah and I have a user with their Activity Log setup with the Toggle button and ability to collapse or expand Activity entries. This formatter does not work in Dark Mode and I am looking for help in turning this preference off. Any assistance on where this preference is set would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

RESOLVED: User had selected the User UI15 preference in San Diego and this preference is no longer available in Utah. Updated the User Prference "use.concourse" to true and this resolved our issue
