Add attached document in resolution notes

Thanks but your solution different on my requirement, my requirement is resolution notes.

Hi @Community Alums I don't think it possible to attach document in Resolution Notes field as it is a String type field. I would suggest you to make attachment mandatory on form when State changes to Resolved, if it is necessary  business requirement.
