I'm getting the exact same thing occurring - I'm on the latest version of the Agent app (using Android). Did you find a fix for this?

I installed the Now Agent for stockroom inventories back in May 2024. Today, I tried today to Create Asset but only the Serial Number scan and Asset Tag scan came up (no Model or Stockroom), no other fields before the Submit. It refreshes and goes back to the 'Create Asset' page and 'No items at this time', left arrow back to Asset page.
I just did an app Android update for ServiceNow Now Agent and Now Mobile App and still only getting the two choices and not able to Create Asset for my DEV instance login. I have done the logout, reboot cell and re-login thing.
Now Agent app showing Version 19.4.0 (41185)
We are on WashDC Patch9b instances.

I JUST put in a SN Support Case to ask if it should work and what could be the cause of our issues.
I am able to do an Asset Lookup (logged out and back in, into our DEV instance where I am doing this testing).
Below is what I see, Serial Number and Asset Tag and Submit button, then "No items at this time" on the Create Asset page....
