Agent - Create Asset bug?

Has anyone run into this bug of sorts with the Agent app? I go to create an asset and the screen in this screenshot comes up:

If I fill in these fields, nothing happens. I can then go to the list view within this feature, and go to create an asset which gets me to this screen:

Only via the second screen am I actually able to create the asset. The first screen doesn't work, but it's always what shows up first. I can bypass it by clicking the green button in the lower right corner. This is happening in multiple instances (Rome and San Diego, still trying to see if I can get access to Tokyo and see if it happens there). Anyone else run into this and have any fixes or troubleshooting thoughts? I can't seem to find which action or script I may need to adjust to just get rid of that first screen. Or is this something which ServiceNow needs to patch?

SN Support gave me a link that referenced the three dots on the Create Asset page.
I found THAT IT DID WORK for me, not fully this first time but at least somewhat.
I put all my phone app screenshots into a PDF and would like you to try to so I can give feedback to SN Support.

Also could you post what version you are on? We are going to Yokohama in early May and I will do more testing of this in late April, in DEV after the upgrade.

We are on WashDC Patch10HF2 and I am using an Android Note 10 on Android v12.

Hi @HeyMarkWarmack - I just testing this on a recently upgrade Yokohama instance.

 

The state/substate and everything else came across just fine, so the details were correct.  

 

However the issue still exists where the first 'create asset' doesn't work, only the 3-dots and then 'create asset', so the original issue what started this post.

I agree it is broken or the design is super clunky.  I am going to try find the owner of the Now Agent at Knowledge25 and see if I can give some feedback.  Just seems like there is a missing alert/popup/something before forcing us to click the 'create asset' at the bottom.

We finished a HAMPro project and I really want to help them 'automate' what they are doing.  The data entry into ServiceNow of the box label (S/N and Asset Tag) is still terribly manual and has way to many steps for us (for my liking in 2025).
