When creating a 'Quick Link' and uploading an icon image, ServiceNow supports .gif files:
However, when you upload a .gif file and use the 'Quick Link' on a widget on the Employee Service Center it renders it static and not as a .gif. Has anyone worked out why this is and whether the icons can be interactive as is the file type?
